 Are the products only for use on new locs?

Our products and accessories are for use on locs during all stages of the locking process, unless otherwise noted in the product description section. However, all of our products may be used with loose natural hair and braids as well. 

It says the item is sold out, when will more be in stock?

We strive to keep all products and accessories in stock and available, but in the event we sell out, items are generally restocked within 7-10 business days. Please join the notification list on the product page to receive restocking notification. 

Do you offer international shipping?  

We currently ship internationally to select countries, but we are constantly expanding our international shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us a message so that we know where to ship to next! 
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges. If applicable, fees must be paid by the customer before receiving package once they arrive in your country.

 

When will my package arrive? 

We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays, but occasionally processing can take longer. With that said, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before inquiring about the shipment status. After your order has processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Please Note: The shipping option purchased does not include order processing time. 

 

I paid via PayPal eCheck, why hasn't my order shipped?

The PayPal eCheck service takes 3-5 business days to clear. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be promptly shipped.

 

My tracking information says delivered, but I do not have my package. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to make every attempt to track your package and ensure that you are able to receive it on the date of delivery.
