Loyal fan and user of the DIVINE HOLD ( locking gel). Have used on my starter locs for approx., 4mos now. I will not use anything else for retwist. I love the simplicity of ingredients ..I know I have not had any issue with buildup. Use on damp hair as per instructions...to me a little goes a long way( but I tend to use more lol ! ). Yes, it is flexible HOLD and smells so good. Give it a try.

I’ve recently started retwisting my own hair. I’ve tried other products, but this is hands down the best one I’ve used! Guilt free ingredients and a great smell! I ordered a bigger bottle the 2nd time around. Highly recommended!

Wow, just wow! I was putting in my locs for my retwist and I was complaining that it's too running, thinking that it won't hold up my retwist...After I got out of the hooded dryer..I was SHOCK of how my locs were looking so beautiful with a soft hold, smelled so good and the shine..wow...My locs looks sooo good. This is the ONLY locking gel that I’ll ever use. Please don’t ever discontinue it! I have seborrheic dermatitis, and was using another locking gel that made my scalp super itchy. This gel is all natural and made with ingredients that I know and can actually pronounce. This gel keeps my locks looking great and in place. My hair and scalp thank you so much for this gem!
